Just changing my breakfast to a nutritious meal rather than cereal slop made me progress so much
If I remember correctly I ate
200g kefir
50g oats
1tbsp pb
20g honey
1 banana
How much time passed between them?

Blast and cruise, Im on 350 test that pushed me into supraphysiological levels and then I'm going to carry on testing my bloods and cruise at whatever puts me on high end of trt

Around 3.1k but best not to focus on it too much because it can easily get overwhelming
How do you eat so much? I’m on stimulants for studying and I have no appetite, what’s easiest way to get a lot of cals in?

bro you gotta throw in some eq, I'm on 500 test 500 eq now and the vascularity is insane. ive ordered tren for the summer and i'm looking forward to see how i respond to that. i did the sarms real gear is where its at.

And whats ur diet like now while maintaining ur physique?
A lot of kefir, oats, honey, peanut butter, I also did meal prep ground beef at one point but it wasn't that good. I'm on test now so maintaining is beyond easy :feelsautistic:

interesting, I was mainly focusing on just rice potatoes chicken meat and eggs. The bad part of my bulk is that Im eating a shit ton of carbs, should I lower the carbs down to a specific quantity?
I'm on test now so maintaining is beyond easy :feelsautistic:

Like 400g, I normally eat a bit more when blasting and drop down to 300-350ish when cruising. It's just a preference because I feel like I can push myself much better on cycle with higher carbs
