Skinny Guy Advice

Im a very skinny guy atm 5’11 57kg I just started the gym about 2-3 weeks ago, obviously the easy route is bulking up, but on here getting a low bf% is the best softmax. Is there a way I can gain muscle + weight to not be a twig while maintaining/decreasing my bf%. I did a shitty online test and I got 14% bf.
 
Yeah eat in a slight caloric surplus. Don’t eat added sugar and stick to mostly lean ground beef because its higher calories than chicken. Just try to add on to each meal and don’t overdo cardio. also when i say add on, i mean add on like cheese or olive oil, in order to reach the desired amount of calories. Also another good call isn’t to look at the scale a whole lot because in a lean bulk your weight won’t jump up immediately, if done properly. Instead look at your physique and how your clothes fit. Obviously you should still check your weight with check points, but don’t try to hit a certain weight, just bulk until you’re satisfied. that way you won’t gain a significant amount of fat.

Alr Ty bro I’ve mainly been trying that so far with a slight surplus, for the first week I gained a bit of weight then on week 2 I barely gained any but I look less skinny in a sense and a bit more defined. I’ll go for ground beef then and not have any sugar ofc.

Alr sounds good bro, just make sure to track your calories/macros aswell and you’ll be all set. Just stay consistent you won’t always see or feel progress, but you can’t fail if you do it everyday.
