What do you think would be better for my skin issues—specifically redness and rough patches on the cheeks, plus some minor breakouts in the T-zone? I have combination, sensitive skin. Should I go with Skinoren 15% gel or 20% cream?

just use 20% cream, no point going with 15%

tret + azelaic acid should do pretty good

if breakouts dont change after 3 months, micro dose iso-tret
