Skipped like a week of Invisalign

I’m only my 7th week of Invisalign ( I get a new tray weekly) but recently I forgot mine at the hockey rink ( I take them off before games ) and did this twice within 4 days. That means I had to put on next weeks pair early… twice.. will this set me back? Hurt something ? Or is it fine? I basically skipped a week and a half.

Just compensate by wearing it for a week. It might be painful when wearing it again after a week, but that's all. Wear it for another 7 days, then move onto your next tray. This just moves your treatment end date forward by one week. I had to do this when I removed my wisdom teeth, except it was for 2 ish weeks.
