what are the benefits of skipping breakfast? heard it can help boost test while ur fasting but i cant remember where i saw

Idk the benefits but ik that if u skip breakfast for long time u will get used to it and not be hungry in morning so it could help lose weight or just keep u fit

I skip breakfast because im usually not hungry and ive heard it helps with diabetes and since I eat lot of sugar it might help prevent it
