So y'all notice how neanderthal people and heidelbergensis and in general our ancestors have more robust features, that is in part because of their diet but
One theory sugggest that the gracilization of the human skull may be in part because of the use of tools and weapons to kill other humans and leaving behind using the bare fists.

If u notice the most common broken parts of a skull during a street fist fight or even the ufc are the zygomatics, brow ridge (frontal bone) and the jaw. Guess which are the most robust/prominent features in old humans?
Of course there is much more to the glacilization of human skulls but I just found it interesting how the abandonment of fist fights for fights with knifes, spears and the first bows contributed to our sleek, slim and elegant skulls we see today. Also lower levels of testosterone contributed to this. When humans became more social and cooperative it was imperative for males to become friendlier and less violent.
