i know about jaw shaving/lefort etc but what are the options on all of these?

if i wanted to change my skull shape from more of a vshape to a more round area


for example, here is chico

his lower face is very flat, flat cheek bones, asian tier maxila with a very round lower shape

this is a better example of his skull shape

my ramus/mandible is tiny compared to chico. i have a vshaped small jaw, am trying to get lower half of his


i am kinda on drugs so half of this thread makes no sense and i sound like a retard but if you know what im saying you reply with the answer
