so if the skull sutures in you forehead fuses at 2 years old. do that mean the only way to widen the face is through the lower 2 thirds or does the forehead suture only “fuse” meaning the soft spot is gone

nawl u can have small forhead wide cheekbones nd jaw and sharp chin or square chin it called diamond face shape
