done the X RAY prescribeb by Ramieri and awaiting a second consultation with him.
My mandible is downgrown and recessed.
I think I also suffer from a kind of SFS , will tell Ramieri my concerns about increasing maxilla height and lower third height.
He told me I need braces for decompensation . I think he's right and perfect occlusion give better lips/philtrum area compared to surgery first like Pagnoni.
