If we had space for more inmates - crimes would decrease. And we can then enforce language. Niccas not allowed to use the n-word or promote violence. Rap music restrictions. Proper attire at all times. Harsher sentences for thieves, carjackers, violent criminals.
We need to build prisons with multiple levels. Not just two-five stories high. But 30-100 levels. We can do this! We have the money. OBVIOUSLY! Looking at all those trillion-dollar stimulus packages. TRILLIONS of dollars.
I believe taxpayers would be MORE than happy to pay the dues.
If we delivered the message to the niccas, "We ain't playing with you anymore," they will stop their bullshit. I don't care about them having to live in poverty neighborhoods and using that as an excuse to steal, rob, kill, deal drugs. We need to end this shit now. Lock them all up!
