I don't fully support any of these regimes, because during ww2 there was the UPA (ukrainian insurgent army), which was fighting for independence.
But between these two regimes, the german one would have been better.

Nazis used these Slavs as useful idiots. They were being pragmatic, that's it. The reason I said being a Turkish Nazi isn't as conflicting, even though I still think it's retarded, is because, as far as I'm aware, the nazis never had plans to exterminate or enslave the turks as a population. In 1936 the regime had even classified turks as europeans for the betterment of their relationship mostly surrounding trade deals.

That's obviously not the same as saying the nazis viewed turks as equal to germans. I'm just saying that the contradiction is much less direct than it is for a slav, given that nazi german's expansionist plans in eastern europe explicitly involved the extermination of slavs.
