If you want to speak scientifically, yes the majority of Slavs fall into the white cluster. However there is a minority of Russians who descend from and are mixed with Uralic populations like Karelians and Vepsians, and Turkic populations like the Chuvash. Russians with this admixture cluster slightly outside what is considered European and closer to Finns (see second image). In conclusion 90-95% of Slavs are indeed whites, its a minority of North and Eastern Russians who have high ancestry from Siberian origin populations, and can be considered non white (barely though).
