No, they were hated by Germans, even during HRE they weren't trusted being slavic, and were bullied by Hitler because they had a German minority in their lands.

Either way Slavic is an ethnic culture group, like latinos, mexicans are way different genetically from Bolivians, but both are latinos

Czech do have the most "german" blood, if you mean r1a, but they are culturally west slav with germanic influence like Slovenia and even Poland to slight degree, same as calling Bulgarians, Bosnins, Macedonians and Serbs turks because traditionally they are heavily influenced by oriental culture
