2. it provides purposes and goals (for example: aim to lfe good life to go to heaven; be generous for better reincarnation; the prupose of life is to serve god; The goal of life is enlightenment, etc..)

and always keeping the knowledge that everything is temporary. Don’t base your happiness around one single aspect or person in your life, she is never yours it’s just your turn. Your job could be here today and gone tomorrow. Your dad might be alive today and dead tomorrow..
