Face is king ,frame helps 
Assuming both guys are 5’11-6ft
a 7/10 skinny lean like a soccer player or ufc lightweight build.mogsssss a 5/10 face with plenty of muscle
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT hop on gear. If u arent actually chiseled with a sharp jawline and cheek bones evens if u are recessed.
Women are face focused,as men we over exaggerate the importance of frame. But frame should never interfere with face potential,by bulking.
Even so if u are sub par face wise . Thats even more of a reason to not use gear as a last result as u will very likely be bloat face jacked dude who still can’t slay.
Trust me bro’s groom ,brows,hair along with decent amount of shoulder and neck thickness.Ontop of a lean face is all you need.
How lean is lean enough most model you idolize are lean if not skinny af plenty of 6’2 with 27-28 waist. So thats the sweet spot to have the most striking face with out looking to ill or malnourished.But you wont have a clue till you get lean enough.
