Even when I was on Accutane my skin would lose glow on weeks where I was sleep deprived and out of my REM cycle due to high cortisol
Now 2 months after accutane my skin looks rough as fuck although no acne, and some tanning from sun despite spf has made my face mid as fuck
Granted accutane fixed the acne and sleep simply cant do that, but please get your sleep if u wanna look good
