Sleep advice?

Since I started my new job I can only get around 8 and a half hours is this still optimal at 17 for growth if not post help and advice
 
nah you wanna be getting atleast 11 hours
 
You will get by, less optimal for growth. Take naps in your free time and try your best to push for 9.5-10 hours on average.
 
also just to clarify, naps are not a replacement for night sleep if your current goal is growth, they just reduce cortisol and increase recovery so you can be productive throughout your day. if there is truly no way for you to go to bed 2 hours earlier it's your best shot.

I take naps in school in classes that I already have As in or are easy would this help

Yeah I get out of work at 10 ish and get home and sleep by 10:30 then wake up at 7 for school which is the latest I can wake up without being late

ur fucked brother, if it was me I would quit the job if you can't get out earlier. jobs are not optimal for sleep or cortisol go on the moneymaking forum thats all you really need

I just started bro my first day was yesterday jfl. Im already 6’1 so I was pondering on taking seramorelin, which I’d need insane sleep for. Im a cook for a family buisness so it’s not hard and I eat all natural organic non processed foods when I’m on break

yeah just keep your job then and get full sleep on weekends. 8.5 hours isn't horrid and you aren't cucking your growth too badly.

I just wanted to see if I had more growth potential, i didn’t know if I was able to still grow cuz im 6’1 as well

Ask for growth plate xray since ur 17 its most likely already closed according to what iv heard from other people but there is hope because I am 17 and 7 months and I recently got examined and mine are still open.

I also already have a good physique which when I join the army I’ll hop on a cycle so it will skyrocket

Aside from total sleep time, you need to ensure that you're in sleep before 23:00 pm. Bed time matters as much as sleep time

Also, you need to cut out blue light exposure by wearing a blue light blocker eyeglasess and make your room as dark as possible 3-4 hours before bed time for optimal melatonin production.
