but idk how to “fake it”
imagine if I don’t get diagnosed with sleep apnea… the insurance company will not cover my ascension

I thought they already did? Anyways put some paper towel in your nose drink alcohol take melatonine and sleep on your back plus keep your head in place with something so you dont switch to your side.
