Sleep is obviously one of the most important aspects to growing and developing your body. I get home around 6 PM every day, and because of the school work I have to do and other situations. I usually can't rest until 1 or 2 AM. I have noticed that by sleeping more my body DOES feel different and sometimes I can see it. How do other people substitute for sleep, or is it just something that you cant replace efficiently and its essential?

Where do you live that you get home at 6pm and have a bunch of homework? I didn’t have to study ever in high school

I live in Texas, the reason I am getting home at 6 is due to sports. The reason for such a heavy load of school work is because I am also enrolled into college. They call it Early College High School. I am doing school work for it now while still in regular classes because im not being transferred till second semester which is in a few weeks

learn how to make money on the internet without the need of a course

or u could become one of those internet gurus and sell some make-believe course for $150 a month and get rich off that

I see, there’s nothing you can really do to replace sleep, is there no way you can go to sleep earlier?

Not currently to be honest, maybe these next couple weeks I'd be able to once I finally transition. During the summer and early August, I would usually be asleep by 10. Im 15, 5'8, and 170 lbs. Most of it is muscle mass, but my face is already incredibly bloated throughout the day. Would dipping my face in ice water help?

Aim to sleep from 10 PM to 6 AM, as this aligns with your body’s natural circadian rhythm.
