more muscle mass, bones get bigger if your in puberty and more chiseled face because the fat distribution changes

if your growth plates are still open i guess but youll get benefits from sleeping more even if your bones dont get bigger

stop watching youtube or scrolling on this forum before sleep
i dont use youtube and i stop using all tech at least 2 hrs before sleep n i have a blue light filter on all day long on everything

Water. worse thing about my job is how it fucks my sleep up I can literally feel my test dropping when I can’t sleep

if i go to a doctor n talk about a disorder ik for a fact they r just gonna medicate me n ion want that

Yeah from what ive gathered sleep + vitamin D is everything when it comes to being high test.

How much sleep did the guy get? Did he say in the thread? I currently get 6-7 hours and I'm thinking of upping it to 8-9.

legit post. I also advise everyone to stop drinking coffe in order to go sleep earlier and have a longer ROM phase

how about 1 cup black coffee in the morning? Doubt that would affect sleep or skin quality

1 cup of black coffe in the morning is ok. Personally drinking one cup of coffe make me want to get another one in the afternoon and this always ruins my sleep. So for me zero coffe is better

Hmm I drink like 6 cups a day and I sleep like a baby :what:
 
Can only get 7 hours of sleep cause of work
 
6-7 hours and I'm thinking of upping it to 8-9.

7.30-9.00 hours is a MUST; even 10 if youre growing and go to the gym
