everytime i have bad sleep or dont sleep enough i look like utter shit everything descends hard ESPECIALLY eye area
my eyes looks so tired and look more droopy and my UEE is more visible and everything gets fucking ruined and im always not getting sleep because of school im gonna kms

Yeah it also negatively effects your school, exercise, everything really. A consistent sleep schedule is very important, I'm trying to avoid ever staying up past 10:30 PM

im always looksmin then bcuz i cant go to sleep any earlier than 12 due to shared bedroom and have ti wake up at 4am

not drinking water is arguably worse, water is the key to looksmaxxing
