Sleep deprivation method?

I always thought about this, cause when you sleep less you're less bloated most of the time.
I do know how dangerous it is to be sleeping 3-4 hrs a night, but hear me out, better be with a slim good looking face than a bloated one.
You can hide the black spots with ice or make-up, I normally don't have black spots so it doesn't really matter.
Like go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 3-4 am, you will be with a slimmer face all day until you go to sleep.
It might take some years of your life but, you wanna make an omelette you gotta crack some eggs.
