INTRO:

We all know that lowering inhibition is a looksmax and being plagued by overthinking, social hesitation, and a voice saying “don’t do it” will constantly lead to failure. We were NEVER naturally designed to function under such high stress, and inhibition.

so it got me thinking, what if the voice was gone…

Fuck Sleep
my guide to lowering inhib and visualizing your own success

A growing body of neuroscience research is showing that sleep, or more importantly, lack of sleep will affect your brain’s “brakes system”, or what we know as inhibitory control.

The control that snake oil selling Jewish conglomerate companies profit off of by selling you melatonin and supplements to disarm you with dependence.

Companies have always profited off of the age old software flaw that our meat computer of a brain can’t rewind.. INHIBITION, what us abused dog cels viscerally display as our bodies default CORRECT option.

well no longer because your favorite low inhib nigga @Jiaxi is gonna rewire.

The studies:

From Brain Research revealed that just one night of lost sleep makes people more impulsive, especially when faced with negative emotions. The sleepy brain is quicker to respond, slower to think. Less hesitation, less fear of saying the “wrong” thing. As confusing as this sounds its just your brain saying “we are tired, lets not overthink this.”

(might remind you of a scene in Fight Club)

journal of Neuroscience used fMRI scans to show that sleep-deprived people had reduced activity in their prefrontal cortex, the area responsible for inhibitions, control, and caution. And if that’s not enough for you niggers, a meta-analysis of 24 different studies (a fuck ton of data) confirmed that sleep loss consistently damages our ability to hold back impulses. Like a mental filter gone fuzzy.

It gets deeper..

In a PNAS study, researchers found sleep-deprived people were worse at suppressing intrusive thoughts and unwanted memories. In other words, sleep loss turns down the mental noise-cancelling — and while that might sound bad, it also quiets the mental "don’t do that" alarms.

So what does this all mean?

If you’re the type like me who’s paralyzed by social anxiety, scared to speak up, or stuck in your own head — the sleep-deprived version of you might not care as much.

With lower inhibitions, your brain's natural walls come down. You might just say what you're thinking. You might stop over-editing. You might finally act.

Sleep deprivation is only going to make you spastic and lash out at everyone. That'll isolate you even more from people.
