Does magnesium help with sleep?

It can relax the muscles which will be helpful but no form of magnesium (except for l-threonate) can pass through the blood brain barrier and reach the sleep centre in brain.
Magnesium bisglycinate also has the least gi adverse effects btw

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right)
