Went to bed at 3am and woke up just now it’s 7pm, wtf man

Stay awake for just over 24 hours then go to bed. Easy fix.
Did that and ended up sleeping at 10pm and waking up and like 2pm

Just better up ur diet, do the 24 hours thing many times until you don't fuck it up, once you go to sleep at like 10pm, wake up at 6am and fuck yourself up with exercise and all that. If you still can't sleep just use some meds

It’s not so much I can’t fall asleep, it’s most the duration of my sleep. I mean I’m easily able to sleep 13+ hours a day unless woken up by an alarm or some outside force

Dude if yo sleep at 3am you can't sleep

Gaba 500mg 30 min before bed
L theanine 250 mg 30 min before bed
5 htp(not sure about dosing forgot)
ashwagandha 1000mg to 2000mg 1 hour before bed

or

you can try a melatonin megadose(more then 80mg dosage 30 min before bed)
