Sleep paralysis or Lucid dreaming

Yesterday, I asked my conscious mind to get all my hate out. I had a dream or sleep paralysis where I felt asleep at my friends house. But at some point, I woke up, I felt that is something is controlling me , like anger or hate. I tried to control it, but I couldn't, eventually I fell off the bed in the dream and was falling more than expected , i tried to grab onto the walls or side of the bed. Everything was useless. But then I fell on the same bed again, could lift my hands and fell the control of something else, see the power in it, see the darkness. I tried to resist it, but I couldn't. Eventually I fell off again and woke up somehow.


Today, I think about it, and I actually like that feeling of power and whatever the hell the rest of it was. I am thinking of doing it again. What do you guys think? I thiNk this is not normal HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHA

according to Carl Jung - if you combine your inner mind with hate/darkness/shadow - you will find truly internal piece . I am still thinking about it.
