Having good sleep makes everything in life better and more bearable.Being sleep deprived makes you depressed,lazy ,bloated,etc.Having 8 hours or more sleep doesn't mean that you got good sleep,what's more important is the quality,so you shouldn't go to bed after midnight ,it only gets worse from there on.Nofap can help aswell.Good sleep maximizes your height and bone development.All in all sleep is underrated af

I sleep about 9 hours a day.

i think i'd be a couple of inches taller had i slept better when younger

I went two years in my early twenties sleep deprived and would not do that for a million dollars again. Sleep has no price.

Btw did you ever feel your breath smell of acetone from extreme sleep deprivation? Happened to me all the time and would go away after a good sleep.
