Did 2 or 3 hours today can’t tell exact one. I went to bed at 11:00 PM and couldn’t fall asleep until like 5:00 AM. I kept going to the bathroom every 30 minutes my bladder felt full every time but was pissing very little.

my sleep is also fucked
same thing happens quite often to me

make sure not to nap during the day, you gotta stay awake untill ur next meant to sleep. if u nap, in my experice u aint sleeping agian the the next night
