Sleep maxxing

The difference between good and bad sleep has on me is like day and night. My collagen and eyes area are x10 better when getting a deep restorative sleep.


Morning
-get a natural sunlight for 15mins
-eating breakfast to kick start the metabolism. Thus informing the circadian rhythm to know its timing.
-use sonething like luminette 3
-exercise

Evening
- infrared sauna 4 hours before sleep ideally 5-6pm, many studies confirmed that it increase N3 deep sleep by 33%) which is the most regenerative on tissue, muscles and bones.
- red light therapy inceease melatonin and priming the suprachiasmatic nucleus to acknowledge the Zzzz time.
-use blue light filter + color filter on ios(red layer)
-avoid eating anything that interferes with sleep/gerd like alcohol, spicy or greasy foods.

Luminette works after 4-7 days it advances your wake up time
After 6pm

It's all in your head. I feel no difference when I sleepmaxx or not.
 
I just take melatonin wtf is this high effort autistic routine

It is impossible to do this routine while in high school, but I have been trying to implement it for some time.

What I do is go to the gym between 5:00 p.m. and after my training go to the sauna, arriving home later before going to sleep I have my Skincare routine where I do Red Light Therapy with Omnliux Men. In breaks I usually sunbathe for Vitamin D, although my autistic-ass is thinking of sunbathing with a bare chest in school.

Best thing ever for sleep is camping. Spend an entire day outside and don't experience any unnatural light. Literally feels like you've been drugged you get so sleepy, and you wake up feel energized as fuck.
