Just started my second cycle of mk677 this week and noticed intense dreams. Today, I had some fuckin scary sleep paralysis when i woke up, thought i saw someone in my room but it was my leg jfl.

I didnt had sleep paralysis because of Mk and i had many sleep paralysis earlier before. Is your biological clock fine? Are you going to sleep on diffrent hours? Do you went to sleep extremely tired? That mattered in my case.

Btw. For how long are you taking Mk677 in single cycle?

I have a pretty good sleep cycle. I should mention that im usually a light sleeper, and i use melatonin. Never had sleep paralysis before on melatonin alone. I remember vivid dreams in my first mk cycle, no paralysis tho

I did a 3 month cycle, and plan to do the same now
