What are the best sleep pro tips to have a nice and long deep sleep 🥺🙏
 
close your eyes while laying on your bed before 10:30pm, no pillows
 
megadose melatonin + magnesium + L-theanine + hgh/ghr peptide + milk and honey

Holy combo. My main problem is that I can't stop to think and generate diferentes thoughs. I can have my eyes closed but I'm still thinking and can't stop.

yeah that used to happen to me before taking that stack every night

Yeah every day or 5 times a week

I take 10-20mg a day tho
