Define what you think a good sleeping environment looks like and how you fullfill it:

What temperature is your room at?

How dark is it really in your room?

and so on.

Please learn writing in proper sentences.
So when going to bed at 21:00 o'clock, which is very early, you wake up at 2 - 3o'clock, meaning at 5 - 6 hours of sleep, which depending on your goal, seems to not be ideal.
And when going to bed at 22:30 o'clock you wake up at 5 o'clock, at 6:30hours of sleep, which you don't remember but you can still tell us about somehow, but then you fall sleep till 6:30, getting to a total of roughly 8 hours of sleep.

You seem to have a very bad sleep quality.
Consider talking to your doctor, melatonin sounds like the perfect solution for your issues.
You don't get into the deep states of sleep, melatonin fixxes that through adding hormones, obviously.

Like I said, it's safer to conduct a doctor first and get it prescribed, you can buy it anywhere for yourself though.

ok my bad my mind is cooked bc idk but ill try and explain more clearly Around 2-3 months ago I started trying to sleep around 9pm would like to say and would wake up anywhere between 2-4AM currently i wind down from 10:30 (no phone just reading journaling chilling etc) and start closing my eyes at around 11:30 i believe i have a sleep onset of 15-20 minuets but I cant know for sure I then wake up around 5am (this happens basically every single day) but I don't check every single time I wake up because that ruins me going back to sleep occasionally. Currently i sleep in a pitch black room (black out curtains) and turn my fan on for white noise and too cool my room

had the same issue with waking up, still happens sometimes but its mostly for me to go to toilet and pee so try to piss before sleeping no matter what or drinking less liquids may help in some way

I see.
I think the solution will be the last part of my last response; melatonin.

Look into it as said above.

melatonin is only a short term fix no? and generally its used to fall asleep not stay asleep
No, melatonin raises your quality of sleep.
Like I said, that is what you lack most of.
Talk to your doctor and share him your exact data, he will give you a detailed fixx.

no as a kid i only slept like 6-7 hours because i was gaming but now i wanna sleep longer
I see. 10 hours is too much from what I know though. Could be okay if your body personally can do something with it.

Have you worked with exhausting yourself before going to sleep?
Sprinting, working out or something so that you drop to your bed and only want to sleep.

I know.

But needing the sleep after exhaustion, your body really wanting that sleep, is going to improve your sleep.

Like I said melatonin could be the unnatural approach.
