I’m 16 and I’m having sleep problems the only time when I can get 7+ hours of sleep is on the weekends is there anything I can do or take that doesn’t fuck with my growth and help me fall asleep since I’m trying to get over 7 hours to boost my growth

Currently I do :
Sleep in a dark room
Red light mode on my devices
Magnesium

But these ain’t really helping me fall asleep

I've found that sleeping without a phone in the room is much better, although I can't do that since I need its alarm, I put it on airplane mode and turn off bluetooth, wifi etc. Also make sure the type of magnesium you take really helps, because there are many types and I'm not sure which one would help with sleep.
I think that 6 hours is more than enough if you don't feel tired throughout the day, while also staying consistent in terms of wakeup time and sleep time.

what do you think about melatonin? if I try to sleep in my room without my phone I just stare at the roof for some hours

External help isn't sustainable long-term. Either readmax a book or get tired enough throughout the day.

Try these things
  • Put all apps on dark mode
  • Don't use phone for 1 hour before sleep
  • Do not turn on the light 30 minutes before sleep so you can signal your brain it's time to sleep
  • Try to exercise to the point your body can't do u get tired enough to fall asleep
  • Try taking melatonin 1 hour before sleep

    Isnt Melatonin bad long term and screws with growth?
