How the hell do i fix horrendous sleep cycle/schedule.

I tried melatonin again yesterday but it did fuck all

Take clonazepam, and slowly integrate a normal sleep schedule. Ur circadian rhythm is fucked. Melatonin is cope.

do things during the day that will tire you out, run workout stay active if youre not tired you didnt push yourself

pull an all nighter (i.e. don't sleep for one night) and then sleep 8.5 hours before you'd like to wake up

throw away any electronics 1.5-2 hours before you go to bed

and stick with that sleep schedule, force yourself to wake up at a certain time and eventually your body/circadian rhythm will adapt

i slept for like 3 hours today, would that suffice lmao?
last time i looked at the clock near my bed it was 01:25, got woken up at 5:35 cause of storm
 
how much you take? i take 20 mg every night but i still go to sleep around 5-6 am

but i kinda take back what i said and it did work but earlier.
Like 2/3 hrs before sleeping i felt a little exhausted and started laying down and i fucken got zoned out within 10 min

idk man i just took 1 pill.

look at the dosage and take 20 mg lol that shit will slump you for sure

I've gone through all sorts of retarded sleep schedules, the important thing I've learned is you need to force your body to adapt.

For example, in the summers I would often stay up until 5-6am and then wake up at 1-2pm. Once school started I would pull an all nighter and then force myself to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am regardless of how much sleep I got. Eventually your body adapts and you start feeling sleepy at 11. I'd always go to bed at 11pm and fall asleep by midnight. The first week or so is tough, you'll get like 3-5 hours of sleep a night until you force your circadian rhythm to adjust.

Stay away from melatonin tbh.

eh the only reason why i'll use mela is because i legit cannot fall asleep with this fucking heat man.
like 5 times in 1 month i felt awake the entire night cause it was a blazing inferno in my room.

thanks for the advice btw habibi. only thing i hate about little sleep/all nighters is that it bloats me like mf :feelswhy:

Incel trait. I sleep for 10-12 hours every night with ease because my frame and bones are so big that they need more rest than the average person.
 
Sleep 30min earlier everyday
In a week you'll have your schedule fixed
