I might sound retarded but how do i fix my terrible sleep schedule

sleep 30min-1h earlier each day or if you’re too far gone just stay up and sleep at a normal time

Every time i try that method i end up staying up later then the recent night

Im just addicted to my phone again thats really it
that’s a lack of self control. think how negatively a lack of sleep affects you

Benadryl so you can sleep earlier and wake up earlier, then be giga-disciplined and stick to it. Don't try to stay up for 24 hours; it will give you sleep debt, and you will want to catch up the next day.

Plus im not disciplined anymore ever since i took on online school

Melatonin could help you sleep up to an hour earlier, but if your sleep schedule is truly fucked, you will need something sedative to allow your body to sleep earlier than usual.

Yeah, man, you also need to go outside soon after you wake up. This is one of the most important things: you need to see the sunlight.

Yeah i understand the natural ways and shit, its just i cant be disciplined my diet is very good though but im addicted to screen time

Im sleeping around like 2-5am

I have color filters on my phone, regardless i still cant fall asleep due to games and shit or youtube
