I am currently 5,7ft at 13 and I want to reach 6,3.
My dad is 6ft and my mom is 5,4ft
I have no sleep motivation and all I do is stay up until 2 am playing video games with my friends. Am I cooked?
What is the best sleep schedule for me and how can I fix this habit?

I really want to but im super uneducated abt this currently and I scared of side affects and pinning itself. Is it possible a doctor could help with this or nah? Also what is the height u think i can achieve naturally?

no way i can predict ur height. also no doctor will help u inject hgh. there are guides on here, research.

get ur plates scanned to get a rough estimate
 
Sleep is very important for every aspect of health, but unfortunately school fucks up sleep because of how early it starts and that teens are naturally night owls. Bad sleep makes you feel like shit and age faster

yeah i agree, i really wanna sleep at 10pm but i cant due to school and my urge to play with friends

Yeah school wastes a lot of your time with bs so you feel you've gotta do something fun instead of sleeping. I understand it because I felt the same when I was in school too. I had to get up at 6am for my school and didn't get to sleep till midnight usually so it wasn't enough sleep

Do you think its worth sacrificing like 6 years of growth (assuming my growth plates close at 18) for some fun

Sleep deprivation isn't gonna be fun for you long term. It might not feel too bad for you now because you're really young but as you get older you'll feel like shit the days you don't sleep properly. I'm in my 20s and if I don't sleep at least 7h I feel like garbage and my day sucks because of that. The difference in how I feel from poor sleep to better sleep is massive.

I'd say try to only stay up late and do whatever it is you want to do on the weekends. 'm sure you won't be able to get to sleep as early as you should on school nights but try to do better than 2am. Really wish schools would have a more reasonable start time like 10am to 11am or something than 6-8am like they do knowing that teens on average are night owls
