Sleep Stretching: 8h low tension VS 1-2h high tension? (high iq humans only)

1-2 hours with a tension where you can clearly feel the stretch and is slightly uncomfortable (not possible to go the whole night since it cuts out circulation with my setup), or the whole night with minimal tension? which would be more effective in your opinion? also explain reasoning.

Low tension. More time to expand & grow, that little more tension won't make a difference in the long run

Also smash shin bones before doing this.
