I'm a fucking zombie I haven't been able to sleep for years, I'm really suffering, I mean it. I have dark circles under my eyes that I've never had before, I'm tired 24/7, I'm fed up, I'm thinking about Ropemax, how can I fix this? Don't intervene if it's just to tell me to stop using screens before bed; I've tried everything.

So you ask for advice but then say "ive tried everything", like person above said go to the doctor.
But personally I would say, do not eat after 8PM (assuming bedtime is 10PM), turn off any screens an hour before bed, turn off all lights, get rid of all sound, make a cool/cold environment, take melatonin and read a book.

I said it because I'm desperate. I plan to take magnesium and melatonin; I hope that will help.

What is it and how much per day?
DSIP helps to regulate sleep cycles.100-200 mcg injected subq about 30-60 minutes before bed.

Have you tried it? I've read about people on org who haven't seen any noticeable change.

Yes, I've tried it. It helped me when I was in a similar hole. gave me the first real sleep I'd had in months. still you should
go to a doctor. Now.

I had trouble with sleeping and melatonin helped me a lot

I think I'm going to do it, I have nothing left to lose. My mood is catastrophic, I feel anxious.
