How do you improve your sleep? I really need to know, I sleep on average between 5-7hours on school days and I just can’t seem to fall asleep at night. I’m still growing so I need those 8 hours. Any tips?

Here you need to find the root of the problem.
1.If you study a lot and you don’t have enough time to sleep, then you need study a little less and more easily. You must understand that your health is much more important than your studies. If you miss puberty and don't get enough sleep, you'll stay boneless and stupid. Just put this mindset in your head that you are so smart that you can mog everyone else in terms of studying(this helped me).
2. You have a brainfog and you stress a lot. Remember, never watch TV in bed or TikTok or other brain-twitch services. An hour or 30 minutes before bed, take a warm shower and dont watch media or news. Before going to bed, forget absolutely everything about all the problems you have in life and just try to fall asleep.
3. Go to bed at the same time every day. For example, I go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 7 am every day.It is at this time that the pituitary gland produces the most somatropin.

4. https://www.researchgate.net/public...tion_and_sleep_electroencephalography_signals . These studies have proven that people sleep better when their bed faces north to south. No Wi-Fi near your bed. The room should be cold. From 16 to 18°. Magnesium and Melatonin can also improve your sleep

I hope this helps you.

This is incredibly helpful, I’m gonna try my best to implement this into my routine. Thanks a lot again ❤️

How are things going? Did you get better sleep?
I haven’t fully implemented this yet, I did kind of do it on Thursday but I was out with my friends yesterday so I went to sleep kind of late
