I cannot havw a full 9-8 hours of sleep whatever i do bro, i take magnesium,melatonin before i sleep but every single day i end up waking up at night and leads to sleeping at 4am, does anyone have a fix

Are you doing anything that could disrupt your sleep quality?

ive been having this SAME exact issue for exactly a year now. There is no fix once you have it, my grandma has had it her entire life starting around my age. After a period of chronic stress it just happens and it doesnt go away. Atleast someones in the same boat as me

U saying i gotta live with this bullshit for the rest of my life bruh? Like it fucks me up tryna go back to sleep its hella anoying and waking up all gloomy

Mabye some stress recently but this is a problem ivebeen having almost all my life, so no nothing i can think of, when i go to sleep late like 1 am or sm i get to sleep a full 8h but if i sleep early its impossible i wake up

Have you done a sleep study?
 
Not yet but probably will soon but till then i was looking for smth that could help before i took it and went through doctor stuff
You should get one done as soon as you can. Until then, if it's not urgent you can try some natural things like meditation, breathing exercises, and the typical stuff like don't eat, smoke, exercise, etc before sleep.

Completely dark cold room causes your body to fall back asleep when you wake up in the middle of the night

Heres a list of things I recommend you:
1. Be tired at the end of the day, it makes your body a REASON to sleep and recover. For starters just be busy during the day.​
2. Make your room cold and dark.​
3. Take magnesium (500mg) before bed.​
4. Dont eat or drink before bed.​
5. Avoid using electronics before bed.​
6. Meditating helps your body calm down and if you have a lot of stress I think this would help A LOT.​
7. Go to sleep the same time every day.​
