How important is 8h of sleep really ?

quantity of sleep isn't important as the quality,
even 6 hours of high quality deep sleep will always be better than waking up and feeling like shit after 8 hours.

Doesn't matter how long I sleep - be it 6 or 12 hours, I still wake up feeling like shit because of sleep apnea
