I’ve heard sleeping on your back is important but I don’t know how important it is because I feel I have a harder time going to sleep with it and I don’t know if it’s worth it, if it is important how do I stay in place and not roll over. And lastly how do I know if I’m breathing out of my mouth when I sleep and how important is that.

if your mouth naturally opens when you try to fall asleep then it's probably open when you're asleep.

buy mouth tape or something, idk.
