This is my 2nd week of sleeping at 5 am straight, holy shit i look way worse and cannot fix my circadian rhythm. Also i noticed im more easily irritated, unmotivated, and depressed. Im genuinely wasting free GH, sleepwell guys it’s absolutely essential for ascension.
