You sleep with a pillow on each side of your head. It has helped me whenever I want to sleep on my back.
Your body wants to sleep how its used to, so you can do this for a little, then eventuallly shift to no pillows. Every time you swtich itll be a little hard to go to sleep but thats just how it is. Unless you do something except sit around all day then you should be able to fall asleep within 20 minutes first time you try it
