I been sleeping 8 and waking up 6 does 10 hours of sleep gonna affect ur height is 8hrs sleep really ideal

less sleep= more cortisol,which means less testosterone (Natural antagonist of testosterone) which yes,can translate in worse bone developement ("less height")

I think 10:45pm to 7:30am works best if you are still going to school 10pm-6:30am.
