I am able to do 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM every day with no trouble. school starts at 8, only reason I wake up so early is to play cr and let my hair dry. I have found this to be very beneficial with height growth. I have grown around 5cm last year. Even though I am in puberty so it couldve happened anyway.I think 10:45pm to 7:30am works best if you are still going to school 10pm-6:30am.
