I’m 13 I’m going to be 14 in some days I’m 157 cm my mom is 169 cm my dad 180 cm I want to grow more and I want to sleep early, I’ve been sleeping at 11-12 pm but today it’s 2:34 am and I haven’t slept and I want to start sleeping at 10-11 pm. What could I do

best sleep time is between 9-11 pm.The reason you are struggling to sleep at those certain times is definitely either your phone or your computer limit the use of them.

minimize blue lights at night, get anti blue light glasses if possible when watching ur phone at night
 
stay up one whole night and then the next day you can go to sleep early

It’s hard for me I’ve tried it multiple times this summer and I just can’t I end up falling asleep, I did it once but at the end it didn’t work plus I’m going thru hard problems and yeah
