Them I stayed up til 4am last 2 nights and still woke up at 10am

Idk maybe I don't need much sleep or this is bad news for my recovery

im just tryna reset my schedule so i go to sleep at around 10 pm and not like 8 am but its hard i like staying up late because its quiet at night
