Does it affect symmetry?
Does sleeping on side affect clavicle length and development?

It's functionally superior to other sleep positions in many aspects, but most deep aesthetic changes derived from it are likely too late to correct, if you were to change your sleep posture now, it wouldn't reverse the decades you spend sleeping in another position during your developmental years.

Its still the superior sleep posture in terms of health outcomes, and it can still midly affect your face, so why not

Im currently 16 turning 17 soon, studies show clavicles grow by 3mm every year until 24. My bidelt is 19.5 inches so even if i sleep on my side(thats how i slept my whole life) could i achieve 21-22 inch bidelt?

Sleeping on back defo affects water retention on your face and overall improves skin health.
