Sleeping on side gives forward rolled shoulders

many of us have a sub optimal posture, maybe some gymmaxx ppl have a decent one because they focus on form hardcore. having forward shoulder looks opposite of confident. one attributor is sleeping on the side, note the pressure on the shoulder you are lying on? it's internal rotation stretching your back muscles etc. the shoulder on top is also falling forwards and going into forward shoulder position.

1) sleep on your back, however probably not possible to do full time so
2) find side sleep position where you do not internally rotate heavily by being consious of it

hours of sleep every night > few hours in gym / stretching.

btw i just registered and i want to be a contributing member so i started with this. will introduce later maybe (but who gives a shit) we all after something else.

People say that humans should sleep on side cuz african tribes do but. African tribes are mostly narrow.
So they do not get much negative from such things

brother your brain isn't yet trained to accept back laying position as safe and eventually you will give up and lay on side. just ALWAYS start with back laying position when trying to sleep, i'm not a retard eventually your brain does what it wants and rolls on side or something. BUT if you start every time back laying, you are training the mind and suddenly you will wake up sometime (maybe middle of night) and are like, wtf did i just sleep hours on my back? keep progressing. god speed.

also don't ignore option 2)

On a more serious note, I've always been laying on my back, I can't stand sleeping any other way.
