many of us have a sub optimal posture, maybe some gymmaxx ppl have a decent one because they focus on form hardcore. having forward shoulder looks opposite of confident. one attributor is sleeping on the side, note the pressure on the shoulder you are lying on? it's internal rotation stretching your back muscles etc. the shoulder on top is also falling forwards and going into forward shoulder position.
1) sleep on your back, however probably not possible to do full time so
2) find side sleep position where you do not internally rotate heavily by being consious of it
hours of sleep every night > few hours in gym / stretching.
